Return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items should be unused, unaltered and returned with their original packaging and included parts. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.
Incorrect, damaged or defective items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, email support@wllpgolsil.com with the order number and clear photos. Please report the issue promptly so we can review replacement, return or refund options.
Return shipping and inspection
Return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility for a change-of-mind return. If we confirm that we sent an incorrect item or that an item arrived defective, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Returned items are inspected before a refund is approved.
Refunds and cancellations
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary. Original shipping charges are not normally refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible; an order already dispatched cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
