Destinations and charges
Available delivery destinations, shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before payment. A destination that is not offered at checkout is not currently available for that order.
Processing and tracking
Orders are checked and prepared before dispatch. When tracking is available, the tracking details are sent after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather or peak-season volume.
Address accuracy and customs
Please verify the recipient name, address and contact details before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Import duties, taxes or customs fees not collected during checkout may be payable by the recipient under local rules.
Delayed, damaged or missing parcels
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact support@wllpgolsil.com with your order number and relevant photos when applicable. We will review the available carrier evidence and explain the next step.
